Candidate contact details — email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and resume — are redacted by default. Employers see compatibility signals but not direct contact information.
Employers may submit a contact reveal request to a candidate they are interested in. The candidate receives the request and individually reviews, approves, or declines it. Contact sharing is not automatic under any circumstance.
- Candidates may approve or decline any contact reveal request.
- Declining does not affect the candidate's profile, compatibility matches, or platform standing.
- Candidates may withdraw from the platform at any time.
Candidates should not upload information they do not want reviewed for compatibility matching purposes. Uploaded resumes and profile information are used to generate compatibility signals presented to employers in the governed workflow.
Candidate information is used to generate compatibility signals within the Transferly.Pro platform. Transferly.Pro does not sell candidate data to third parties. Contact information is not surfaced to employers without candidate approval.
